Regarding women & biking:
• chafe-eez is great for biking. It has menthol so get a bit of a tingle.
• nothing happens to your gine if you wear padded pants
• yes, you can still get saddle sores even when you use the cream, it’s just a callous that will go away in a few weeks
• having the bike seat rammed up your ass prevent pooping while you ride
