Welcome back, Madge…we’re glad you’re home. I was at a conference for the last 3 days, so I hadn’t heard your show. I’ve missed it!
I love the Ravinia/candleabra bit…I was there about 3 yrs ago and I saw the hoity-toits with their candleabras, unloading huge coolers from their Mercedeses(eses). They clearly had prepared for a week in the Catskills rather than an evening in Highland Park. And yes, molto obnoxious!
There WAS an episode of the X-Files several years ago about a “cancer cannibal” who ate tumors. He used the very justification for killing that you mentioned. CA-REEPY.
Congrats on quitting the grrl band…now you can pursue your own interests and nothing but. And you can give them short shrift during your last week, as they’ve given you!
The new mic sounds great.

while George W Bush was born in New Haven Conn., I believe he moved to Texas at a very young age. though I’m sure he still spent a lot of time on the east coast. It doesn’t matter though — it seems to me that most of the country acts and talks like they live below the mason-dixie line.
