I AM FAMOUS ON THE GRUM. great showgrum, Madge. Your loyal army of listeners love to hear your stories
An army of one.
Hi from sunny rural Australia. I’m a semi retired IT farmer who lives on a half acre on the edge of a country town and I’ve been listening to your grum for about 6 months. I looked it up when I was exposed to that music video abomination you made years ago. Usually I listen while shoveling manure in my garden or hiking the crumbling hills of the Great Dividing Range which in true aussie fashion is really just a line on the map where the ground is slightly higher than the plains. It’s all good except the prank calls you used to do which always make me cringe for the victims, which might be a compliment on the savagery of your attack, they don’t stand a chance.
You should give the DMT a go, it doesn’t last long enough to get into trouble and the trips are so engaging and deep you don’t want to do anything except sit and think about them. The best one I ever had I caught a vivid flash vision of what looked like a densely packed bin full of cables, wires insulated in shiny plastic packed in and tangled together. Accompanying this image was the knowledge that I was seeing the fundamental structure of the universe, that these wires were the absolutely microscopic connections that joined every thing with every other thing, and that the universe was like nothing more than a giant patch bay. It’s a reassuring thought and though I have my doubts that “self transforming machine elves”, as Terrence McKenna claimed, beamed it into my skull, it does seem to put things into perspective.
I hope you keep up the show, don’t worry about the feedback, people are more reticent to provide anything now for fear of being cancelled or getting into trouble in the future. It’s a shame really.
