I actually lost a couple friends over the alex jones thing. Whatever happened to if you believe in free speech you defend the speech you hate the most. Why are we constantly trying to remove anything from the world that isn’t exactly in line with what we agree with. Let the fucker continue to make his stupid little shows. I mean maybe because i’ve been banned from facebook i have a different perspective than most but who knows.
This whole russia thing has been blown over proportion anyways and never considered that our own can/could hack into elections. Let alone netanyahu from the evangelical right. Putin is just the animal that they wanna run right over when it comes to blame. (Throw under the bus etc,)
Regarding fresh leftist political points of views, I’ve been really enjoying the Red Scare podcast. They are “dirt bag left”-adjacent, (pseudo)intellectual contrarians that focus most of their ire on the neoliberal face of the left instead of the obvious direct opponents on the right. One of the hosts is an actress who went viral as Sailor Socialism when approached by Info Wars at SXSW (see Teen Vogue article) and the other is a grad school drop-out who is banned from Twitter for calling someone a retard. You might enjoy hate-listening to it as much as me.
