I think the Supreme Court argument is not being talked enough, since it should be the #1 reason to vote for Obama. I recently read that there are still justices in the SC that were appointed by Reagan, almost 30 years ago! So there’s a possibility that they’ll retire, plus I think justice Ginsberg is ill, unfortunately, so it’s very likely that the next administration will appoint at least one or two new justices to the SC. I think this is a big deal!

So Obama won the presidency, the Democrats the Senate and the GOP the House. What does that mean for Obama when it comes to appointing new judges to the Supreme Court? Does he need approval of both the House and the Senate?
