Ableton tip: some of your songs were “warped”-sounding at times, one can avoid this (a little bit) by putting the sample/song setting in “complete” mode rather than “beat,” which is default.
It takes some of the choppiness out of the tracks, while retaining the rhythm synch.

You mean complex mode, right? Have you used version 7 yet? I used 6 for this show but I think the warping may be better on 7.

Yeah, complex…. complex. I have noticed the warping sounds on earlier progrums more than this one. Do you sometimes just “preview” the track as you are browsing for sounds, and then that sound goes out to “air?” I have noticed that when previewing tracks there is much more choppiness than when it is all loaded up as a sample.
Yes, I have used live 7 a couple times now, hardly enough to be able to judge it. The new sampler is cool, though.
