I can’t find the story now but the other day I read an article about a girl who recorded a 20 second clip of the Transformers movie for her little brother and she faces up to a year of jail. That’s the story you were referring to.
Here is the story.
By camcorders in theaters they mean people who tape the movie then sell it on the streets. It’s real popular down here in the border. My Dad had a student who bought Spiderman 3 for $5 a few days after its release. He said you could see people’s silhouettes and hear the recorders say stuff like, “Here they come, hide it” Then part of the screen cuts off. It’s so bad. That’s what they’re getting at.
Also Madge, isn’t it unConstitutional to completely disregard the will of the people like you described? I mean the first words in our Constitution are, “We the people.”
