I found your podcast when I came across Odeo, the first thing I typed on the search bar was “fuck” and found you and thanks to you: Democracy Now, Bicyclemark, Karmabanque and Alisa Valdes-Rodriguez “La Queen Sucia”

Does anyone remember the Dutch documentary “Winners and Losers” about the US Prison system which was posted some time back on Yeast Radio comments? I would like to recommend it to my friends.

I ordered BlogWIld after seeing and hearing about it here. I started a blog for my store, linnecards.com, and found it helps a ton! Now I have a dialogue between me and my customers about what they want to see in the store. I’m hoping that the book will give me more hints to help with my blog.

You were saying you wished the Gay Community would march like the immigrants. I think QPodder is, in a way, a march. And you were instrumental with that. Pat yourself on the back – you deserve it.

Yeah, in that it’s futile. I couldn’t count how many shits, fucks and cunts actually slipped in unnoticed by Madge, who would then apologise for something relatively innocuous like “blow it out your ass”.

And it’s catching. I must say “whore” 200 times a day now. Everyone’s a cunt. “Prolapse” wasn’t even in my vocabulary until that whore Cheryl came along, and I don’t know what people think every time an accidental “Honayyyyye” croaks out.

I need help, honayyyye.

I have to agree Steve. I read a story to my kids tonight and for some reason Zoe ended up saying to Elmo, “Work it Mary — Work that whore whole!” And, any more, they don’t even flinch.

OK so I said the whore-whole under my breath and stopped it after only one or two mentions. But my kids are use to my saying weird things. However, I kept up with the Mary stuff until the very end of the story. Everyone was Mary and told to do something with it.

Here’s the deal, after you read that dribble enough time you have to make up your own stuff to keep it interesting or you’ll throw up a whole plate full of family values. Also, the kids love telling me “DADDY! That’s not how the story goes!”. So everyone has fun. Further more, when my kids get older, they won’t be the little naive wall flowers who get taken for a ride or shocked out of commission when they hear naughty phrases because they were forced to live with little rose colored glasses over their eyes and ears. By the time my kids are of age, they’ll not only have a full lexicon of all kinds of things to say but also they’ll know when and when not to say them.

Of course, if I’m wrong, I’ll probably be dead before my kids have to start paying a lot for the resulting therapy.

Besides, this kind of makes up for the fact that I’m not really a “sports dad”.

I agree! Hurray for drugs!! Well… ones that help reduce my panic attacks and anxiety. My mixture of Atavin and Lexapro does wonders for this gal!

Madge: after you talked about Apple and iTunes, I checked the Featured Comedy podcasts here on the UK iTunes store. Yeast isn’t on there, though ETHS and Ragan Fox are (and Feast of Fools).

No Gillmor Gang/Gillmor Daily in the Featured Technology, despite them being the best tech shows…

BTW, Yeast Radio has four reviews, all with top rating – twinspin said that your show is “truly Tourette’s without regrets”.
