Madge, I frequently listen to your show while I am driving. Unless you want be to wrap my CO2 production mechanism in to tree, you can’t play this Gillmor again.. snnnoore….

I will have to listen to this again sometime. I was stuck at home the it’s hard to listen to phone interviews, it’s not loud enough.

But I did want to comment about Howard Stern and his lack of profanity. Could it be that now he has the freedom, it’s not as fun? Like the countries that allow drugs don’t have the problem? Just a thought.

Hey Madge, I also listen to DemocracyNow.org, and have been for well over a year. I heard the story about the RFID tags with Walmart, Gillete and Smart Shelfs, etc.

I used to work for a company in Waltham, MA as a contractor and it is this company that did the work for Walmart and Gillette. So, in the short time (6-months) that I worked there I learned a great deal about RFID technology.

If you’d like any information, I can give you what information that I have. In short I can tell you that RFID is a VERY LONG way from invading our privacy. The technology is VERY immature and can be easily defeated.

Thanks Madge!
Love your show!
Tom!

Pardon the Fiddler fuck-up. Just riffing on your Matchmaker shtick. Sent an iturd file by mistake.

I liked the inturdview with Gillmor – though it is a bit “slower” and more “meta” than what you’re usually up to. Attention Recorder is a very interesting toy – the whole field of Attention Tracking is really intriguing to me but I didn’t realize it already had a name until now.

After hearing the Norm remix i made again i do apologize and i really feel bad for all the people that tossed their iPods, suffered epileptic seizures or even commited suicide.

I really enjoyed this interview. I’m glad to hear other people out there, like Steve got their digital motivation with a Commodore Amiga. Outstanding topics and banter Madge! Well done.
