Have you noticed that any one that has to do with G4 or Tech TV always ends up on the top of the Itunes charts in the first week of a podcast. I think I see some cheaters! Case and point as of Thursday December 1st at 4:00pm eastern Amber MacArthur is number 1 and it is her first episode. Twit is number four, Attack of the show number 13, Dignation number 18, Security now number 35, dignation again number 52, radio Leo number 68. Thank God Martin Sargent is off the chart he was at number 1 on his first podcast but now he is off the charts. Thank God, his show sucked. All are boring tech shows but they have the TV to promote the shows free of charge. It would be nice to have a TV show to promote my podccast. I think Itunes is really starting to suck when it coms to being fair with podcasting.

It was really hard to find Yeast Radio on iTunes when I first looked. They have the most fucked up, Russian-nesting-doll looking classifications I’ve ever seen! I finally found it…but my eyesight will never be the same.
I actually like TWIT.. its the only tech show I listen to. Their hosts are all in the tech industry in one way or another.. It sorta reminds me of a nerdy straight version of Eat this Hot Show.

Those tech shows take my mind off of Bush and his empire. That, and they are interesting in their own right.
I hear what you’re saying, but I think we NEED to keep hearing about how awful the World According to Bush is…it’s only the repetition that will wake people up to action. It will take a concerted, collective effort to do what we want, and make our voices heard. Even if it’s just continually pointing out that the Emperor has no clothes until people are forced to acknowledge it (and they’ll have to be forced…because willful denial is SO stubborn!)
Even the self anointed “podfather”(sic) is re-writing history and erasing Dave Winers contributions…

fuck itunes. I never look at the thing.. I rarely go into the store and hence I never worry. The best recommendations are personal recommendations from real podcasturds… i recommend you handle itunes the same way rich people handle the homeless…. ignore.
