Hey Madge: Just a note about the self-noted controversial point you raised, about Bush respecting the freedom of speech. I think even though we might not have any examples of Bush blatantly censoring you (or anyone else) I think there is a lot of subtle censorship going on: news crews not allowed to film coffins coming in from Iraq, hundreds of eople turned away from many many public forums during the re-election for wearing T-shirts with dissenting logos or driving cars with dissenting bumper stickers…I might could take that arguement all the way to Bush & Co. simply dismissing anyone who doesn’t tow the line. There’s also the argument that they don’t have to censor because they have worked so hard to make mainstream journalism a complete joke. Why censor it when you can just discredit it? Just my thoughts~
