Exactly! Fucking brilliant interview. I think the best you’ve ever done, Madge.

I watched the movie ‘Philidelphia’ the other night. While the world is still a complete mess, we have come a long way regarding the acceptance of homosexuality since that film was made.
Of course some places are more civil than others and there is still a very long way to go, but progress has certainly been made.

Great Guest ! and I thought the interview was fantastically conducted by the lesbian, I’m really looking forwards to part 2. Was Usama naked during the interview, not that it matters but I’d just like to know for personal reasons.

I thought this show was really well done. Usama is definately a very intelligent and talented artist. I agree with much of what was said on the show. However, as is the case with many discussions of this nature, what can we DO to change the world. Making documentaries and art that is “anti-establishment” can only take us so far. Sure we all get the metaphors but do the conservatives get it? Not that we should debase ourselves and stoop to their level but we need to make it more plain to them. I think that perhaps that a dialogue needs to be opened about how everyone can take a proactive role to let everyone know that we want change.
