There are some programs for making the files here. I don’t know how you go about making them html so wankers like me can read them. Maybe you should ask Adam Curry. Or Dave Winer 😀
I know how to create an opml file, but I don’t know how to link it into my blog entry to make it look pretty. Adam hates me so I won’t ask him.
