from:<a href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/1504682.cms" rel="nofollow">economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/1504682.cms</a>

Easing the environment rules will allow refiners greater flexibility in providing oil supplies since they will not have to use certain additives such as ethanol to meet clean air standards. The suspension of oil purchases for the US emergency oil reserve is likely to have only modest impact since relative little extra oil will be involved.

Thanks for answering my question about "My Shirley." I loved Nancy Walker...

Great show, as always. You made your political points more convincingly than ever, I really think. Very cogent and precise...

Madge,

Did you read the part about Bush easing emissions standards on the nations oil refineries so the price of gas comes down?

How can any president just decide to do away with clean air act standards like this? How come he gets to simply decide to overturn an act of congress?

All the news articles I read just slide this bit in as if its not important at all... not a single mention of emissions standards and global warming! My friends in the EU who I talked to today were all for nuking america they were so pissed off.

Apperantly Lower Gas Prices = Higher Ocean Temperature. Have fun driving your hummers americunts.

Madge, I think “All in the Family” was considered very controversial in its day. The point is we can now see – 30 years later – that there was a real stroke of genius in what Normal Lear was doing with that show. For that matter, 20 years ago Howard Stern was way out there, too. Keep on plugging away at what you’re doing – you may be dead by the time the rest of society catches up but they’ll get there.

Israel has a nuclear warhead how did they develop it when they apparently don’t have the physical space for such a project?
I know of an Israeli military engineer who was working in Spain some years ago, the US air force were having difficultly with some kind of navigation system and he managed to fix it for them, they asked him how he managed to know so much about a system that was classified, maybe fresh developments on Condoleeza Rice leaking highly classified military intelligence to Israel lobbyists might shine some more light on the issue.
The Israel lobby has a disproportionate influence on Washington and they continually campaign for a war with Syria and Iran. Here’s a link that you can include on you programme notes. I honestly believe that the USA should cut their ties with Israel because Israeli government doesn’t give a fuck for the people of the USA.
