I had no idea how long it took me to pick up the phone. My apologies to the g-audience who were punished with the Jonny Mathis.

It was Peter Jennings who died of cancer…Dan Rather is still with us, though not on the air anymore…

I liked the comparison between the 60s peace movements and the current one. I didn’t realize they had all the rules attached, but it’s a good idea.

I don’t think that George offers to bring media to the White House to dinner–he gets what he wants thru bully and blackmail. It’s more like “run my press release, or we’ll bar you from future press conferences.” He’s got them all good and neutered. It’s basically coming down to what they’re more afraid of, Bush or the public. We should remind them who buys the products their advertisers sell–or not. Bush’s public power will slip on its own, when this movement really takes hold.

Great show as always! And even more to enjoy…

most of the people watching FOX news accept it as total fact, as reporting the truth that they believe the other news channels won’t report due to liberal bias.

there is no “guilty pleasure” attitude. it’s beyond denial.

it’s an alternate reality. it’s totally brainwashed from birth, from everything they encounter in life.

it’s their insane world view in vivid color exploded out onto the screen.

it’s beyond denial. it’s way beyond denial. they have their own truth.

It’s true…it’s sort of like “Romper Room,” only evil and violent…
