Are u using a web interface? Do you submit the blog and rss stuff seperately? Do you see the actual HTML entities in the stuff you paste into a FORM or are they the entity characters? If they're entity characters there's yr problem. It's possible it's yr browser. Have you tried another? Of course it could be yr service providers submission process screwing things up by not supporting entities but translating and publishing them as utf-8 chars. How do you submit this stuff?
